By purchasing HypeBrush, you acknowledge and agree that:

    •    You assume all risks related to use, misuse, or ingestion of any part of the product.

Medical Disclaimer

While HypeBrush uses charcoal-infused bristles and is designed to promote oral health, it is not a medical device and should not replace professional dental care or advice. Please consult a dentist or healthcare provider if you have sensitive gums, pre-existing oral conditions, or concerns about charcoal or bamboo materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of this product, including but not limited to:

    •    Choking
    •    Allergic reaction
    •    Injury due to improper use

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety standards, toothbrushes are not eligible for return once opened. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or resolution.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product descriptions, and website content are the intellectual property of HypeBrush and may not be reproduced without permission.
